FreakLasers.Com warrants its laser products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use/wear for a period of six(6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by FreakLasers.Com within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law,

FreakLasers.Com will either exchange the product with a new product, or refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes FreakLasers.Com's property.

However, this does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty. As sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

FreakLasers.Com's warranty also does not apply:

(a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents;

(b) to damage caused by use with non-FreakLasers.Com products;

(c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to the Laser Pointer manufactured by or for FreakLasers.Com that can be identified by the FreakLasers.Com trademark, trade name, or logo annexed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any laser pointer, even if packaged or sold with the FreakLasers.Com trade name. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than FreakLasers.Com, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser.

Authorized FreakLasers.Com Dealers:

FreakLasers.Com offers a manufacturer's limited warranty for products purchased from its authorized dealers. FreakLasers.Com does NOT offer a manufacturer's limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer and it does NOT offer rebates or other special opportunities for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.
