All of our products are shipped directly from our factories in Hong Kong. It depends on the availability of the item you order. At present, All laser products at our website are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of your order.

★ Will your lasers be shipped to all countries?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping and Free shipping. It could reach any country or region across the globe.

★ Do you charge any duty or tax on your laser products?

No. We do not charge any duty or tax on any laser pointer pen at Freaklasers.com until your local government customs offices levy them on you when the shipment enters your country. According to our experiences, few customers had to pay taxes or duties on our shipping. Just don't worry about it.

★ What are my payment options?

We mainly accept payment from Paypal and it also means that you can pay via a variety of major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All credit card information is entered on a fully secure, 128/256 bit encrypted page. If you choose to pay via paypal, you will be automatically directed to paypal's secure server during the checkout process.

We also accept payment from Western Union, and email us for our receiving address and don't forget to send us the MTCN code after the money transfer, and send us your detailed receiving address and telephone No., so that we can arrange your shipping within the shortest time.

★ How do you ship the laser to your customers?

We generally ship our lasers via DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT.The average shipping time for DHL is 4 to 7 business days while most orders arrive sooner. >300mw lasers usually needs 2-3 days' handling time, while customized lasers generally needs 7 days' lead time.

★Do the lasers come with chargers and batteries?

We ship free chargers and batteries included in the package(carrying case or cardbox) to each customer, so that you can use it immediately when you receive the laser from us instead of seeking for the right charger and battery in the local shops.

★ If the item is not in stock, how long will it take to ship?

If the item is not in stock, we will inform you by email how long the product will take to ship. Some items are in-stock, and others(esp. over 300mw laser pointers and all-solid-state lasers) need to be built per-order. You're free to cancel the order if you can't wait or the delay will not meet your needs.

★ When will I get the tracking information?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number, you can contact us by email and we will gladly provide it for you.

★What's the return Policy and warranty period of all your laser?

If you are not satisfied with your laser product within 7 days of receiving it in the mail, return it for a full refund minus shipping charges.
We'll provide a warranty period of 6 months to 1 year, and If your laser product(s) breaks within the warranty period (due to manufacturer defects or workmanship), we will fix or replace your laser free of charge. We're also willing to repair for you after the warranty period.

★How Long could I keep the lasers on continuously?

Generally speaking, as for laser pointer pen(5-100mw generally), it's better to turn it off for 5-10 seconds if it is left on for above 30 mintue. Most Handheld Lasers are recommend to turn it off for 5 to 10 seconds after keeping it on continuously for 1 mins per time use, while for Pioneer series or Volunteer series, one can use it for >3 mins continously per time, but "<3 Mins" is a perfect time limit to maintain the diode life unless we have to turn it on continously for other purposes. For >5 mins use, it may not burn the diode within a short period of time, but if used often and frequently for >5 mins , it will put the diode in a high temperature environment, and thus will shorten the diode life. The laser is after all an electronics and all the engineers recommend that we follow the instructions to make it more durable.

★Is there any easiest way to pinpoint the focus of your focusable laser?  

The focus adjustable function enables the user to burn things much easier. when we wanna burn something, Put some black-colored stuff such as plastic, paper or leather or black headed match on the table(within certain distance), and screw the focusing head on/off until it seems the laser beam is at its thinnest and most intense, while the black plastic or leather is FUME-OFF(smoking) and ready to be on-fire. That's just the focus at THIS DISTANCE.
